Which side of the road do they drive on in Georgia?

On the right, as in most of Europe, and overtaking is on the left. There is no right turn on red.

What is the speed limit in Georgia?

60 km/h in towns, 90 km/h outside towns and 110 km/h on motorways, unless signs show a lower limit. Residential zones are 20 km/h.

Can I drink a glass of wine and drive in Georgia?

Better not. The limit is 0.3 per mille and penalties include losing your licence. Plan wine tastings in Kakheti on a day you are not driving.

How do I pay for parking in Tbilisi?

At BOG Pay or TBC Pay street terminals using the zone code on the parking sign, through the Tbilisi parking app or online. It costs about 1 GEL per hour.
