Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp, we answer in English and Russian every day.

Can I drive a rental car from Tbilisi to Yerevan?

Yes, with GO Car Rental, if you tell us when you book so we can prepare the documents. The drive is about 275 km, 4.5 to 6 hours including the border at Sadakhlo and Bagratashen.

What documents do I need to drive a Georgian car into Armenia?

Passport, driving licence (IDP recommended), the car's registration certificate, the rental agreement, a notarised power of attorney from GO Car Rental and Armenian third-party insurance bought at the border.

Can I return the rental car in Armenia?

No. Our cars must be returned in Georgia, so plan a round trip.

How far is Goris from Tbilisi?

About 450 km by road, via Dilijan, Lake Sevan and the Selim pass: plan it as a two-day drive. If you meant Gori in Georgia, it is only about 85 km from Tbilisi.
