The same terms as every car: insurance (CDW and TPL) and unlimited mileage included, a $20 service fee per booking, a refundable $200 cash deposit at pickup, drivers aged 22 and over, 15% paid online and the rest at pickup, free cancellation up to 48 hours before. Where the minivans work
- Tbilisi Airport to the hotel. Seven people and seven bags in one car at any hour, with our colleague meeting the flight; the $30 airport fee is per end.
- Tbilisi to Batumi. 370 km through the Rikoti tunnels, 5 to 6 hours, the trip the Sienna was built for. See Tbilisi to Batumi by car.
- Kakheti. A group to Sighnaghi, Telavi and the wineries on asphalt, with a driver who stays sober and a van that fits the wine.
- Kutaisi, Borjomi and Mtskheta. Any main road. The Sienna is the car for a family 7-day road trip that stays on tarmac.
- Kazbegi from April to November, on the paved road over the Jvari pass.
Where they are the wrong car
Snow and gravel. Both minivans are front-wheel drive and sit low, so no Gudauri or Kazbegi in winter, no Ushguli, Juta or Tusheti. For a group that wants the mountains in winter, split into two Dusters or take the seven-seat Highlander with all-wheel drive. For 9 to 17 people, the Mercedes Vito and the Sprinter with driver are the options.

Sienna or Quest?
Same price, same job. The Sienna is newer and uses less fuel; the Quest has a slightly softer ride. Tell us the dates and we give you whichever is free, or your preference if both are.
How many bags fit with eight people?
With every seat used, about four cabin bags in the well behind the third row. With seven people and the middle seat empty, four suitcases plus hand luggage. For eight people with eight suitcases, add a roof box or take the Vito.
Can I get child seats?
Yes. Tell us the children's ages when you book and we fit the seats before handover.
Sienna or Highlander?
The Highlander has all-wheel drive and goes to the ski resorts; the Sienna has more seats and a much bigger boot but stays on asphalt. Winter mountains, Highlander; coast, cities and the airport run, Sienna.
Can I take it to Armenia?
Ask us first. Cross-border trips need the $70 document option and our agreement on the car; for a group, we check the right vehicle for the route with you.
