A month in Georgia with a rental car: what it costs
The daily rate drops with the autumn discount, so a 30-day rental is cheaper per day than a weekend. The table shows the total for 30 days with pickup in Tbilisi city, before the one-off $20 service fee. Insurance and unlimited mileage are included in every price.

The autumn discount runs for pickups until 15 December 2026. It gives 5% off from 5 days and 10% off from 10 days on all cars except the Toyota Prius (flat $35). The Mazda CX-3 and Jeep Renegade get 15% off from 5 days and 25% off from 10 days. The booking form applies it automatically. For two or three months, write to us on WhatsApp and we prepare the booking by hand, because the online form takes up to 30 days.
Which car for a month in Georgia with a rental car?
Think about your weekends, not your weekdays. In Tbilisi itself, a Prius is the perfect city car: automatic, cheap to fuel and easy to park. But most people who stay a month want Kazbegi, Gudauri or Svaneti at least once. Then the choice is a 4x4, and the Renegade or Duster is the sweet spot. How the rental works for a long stay
- Booking. Up to 30 days online, 15% paid now and the rest at pickup. Longer stays by WhatsApp.
- Deposit. A refundable $200 cash deposit at pickup, returned when you bring the car back.
- Licence. Drivers must be 22 or older. Most licences work on their own for the first stay; an International Driving Permit helps at police stops. Details on our driving licence page.
- Additional driver. Free for the first three days, then $5 a day from day four.
- Pickup. Free in Tbilisi city, $30 at the airport, with our colleague meeting any flight, day or night.

Is mileage limited on a monthly rental?
No. Mileage is unlimited anywhere in Georgia. Armenia is possible with prior notice and the $70 border documents.
Can I swap cars during the month?
Often, yes. For example, a sedan for the city and a 4x4 for one mountain week. Ask before you book, and we tell you what is free on your dates.
What if I extend?
Write to us a few days before the end. If the car is free, we extend at the same daily rate. If not, we offer another car.
